WordPress Mobile Post

Hello all,

WordPress has made lovely mobile apps for iPhone and Android devices. So you can directly post anything right away in your blog! Now, what I want to know is how can you display that your post has been posted via mobile device (e.g iPhone or Android). If you read any post you will notice “Posted by Username on Date” how can you make it “Posted by Username on Date via WordPress for Mobile” only if it will be posted by a mobile device.

Is that possible in anyway? Please help me with this issue.
