• Hi Folks

We had a community radio station website hosted with, say, a hosting platform by name A.

I created an entirely new website on my test domain for the radio station. This test site was migrated to a new hosting platform B (A and B are two different companies), while the original site on A was decommissioned.

I used Duplicator to do this migration.

I can open the new site in all the browsers and I checked this from different machines.

However some users who used to open the old site are complaining that they are not able to load the new site. I made them clear their browser cache, but the issue still persists and Chrome is what gives errors. Not sure about other browsers at the time of posting this.

Is there something that I am missing? Or is there something I can do to fix this?

    Cheers
    Raj

  • Hi Raj,
Could you check if your new DNS propagated fully in whatismydns.net, please?
And ask your users to check the new site using an anonymous tab for now.
Please add screenshots with the errors that they are seeing, so we can review for you.
And of course, give us your domain… we can’t check it if we don’t know it. 😉
    See you later.

Also, there is no error message… the users say it is just blank white…
