• WordPress is a very poor platform constant issues, I spend more time fixes issues, than trading. Shopify was loads better, the support team were good as well. Shame I bought a 4 year plan with Hostinger! Another person reported similar to the below a week ago . The support have failed to provide that person a solution. Any users know how to enable the ones in bold?

    Hi @mrfragrance,

I can understand how frustrating it must feel to spend more time troubleshooting than focusing on your store. I’d like to help clarify a few things about the Google for WooCommerce integration and the sync statuses you mentioned.

    From the details you shared:

    • Daily Cron not scheduled → This usually indicates that the background task responsible for syncing hasn’t been set up correctly. You can try deactivating and reactivating the plugin, or manually scheduling the cron via WP‑CLI if you’re comfortable with that.
    • Products MC Push / Shipping MC Push disabled → These settings control whether product and shipping data are actively pushed to Merchant Center. If they remain disabled, it often points to incomplete onboarding or missing API credentials. Double‑check the integration settings under WooCommerce → Settings → Integration → Google for WooCommerce to ensure all required fields are completed. If so, please share a full screenshot of it using snipboard.io
    • Coupons API Pull enabled but MC Push disabled → This mismatch suggests that while data can be pulled from Merchant Center, pushing updates back isn’t currently active. Reviewing permissions in your Google account and re‑authorizing the connection can help.

Did you get to follow these steps I shared on the related topic? If so and they’re still stuck, please:

    • Check your logs under WooCommerce → Status → Logs for any errors related to Google sync.
    • Share your System Status Report (WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support). That’ll give us better insight into the environment and help spot anything unusual. You can paste it on pastebin.com and share the link with me.

Looking forward to your response, and we’ll dig deeper together!

    Hi @mrfragrance,

That error message is very helpful. It shows an internal error from Google Ads when trying to retrieve campaign information. This type of “Internal error encountered” with status “INTERNAL” typically indicates an issue on Google’s side or with the connection between your site and Google’s services.

It’s related to authentication scope issues or connection problems between your site and Google’s API.

    Here’s what I’d recommend trying:

    1. Go to wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page in your WP Admin
    2. Disconnect both your Google account and Merchant Center, then reconnect them, making sure to select all required permissions when prompted
    3. Clear any cached connections. This fresh connection often resolves API communication issues

Let us know how it goes!

I have not got a clue what on earth you are going on about. WordPress is a load or rubbish, it’s slow, sluggish and full of errors.

Better late than never, crappy WordPress send me this:

“Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further. If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further. To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires. When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.9
    Active theme: Astra (version 4.11.16)
Current plugin: Google for WooCommerce (version 3.5.0)
    PHP version 8.3.21″

Unfortunately, I cannot trade Shopify, I wish I could. You do not have such issues on that platform, it works seamlessly. If you can trade on Shopify, I suggest you should, you can focus on your business, instead of non stop issues like this. Since the start of November, to now 4th December 25, I have managed 8 sales on this buggy platform, no business can survive on that. Issue after issue with crappy WordPress and WooCommerce.

    I give up.

Ignore the above, WordPress are lying, this is a WordPress issue. The support is chronic at best, someone had this issue a week ago, they are still struggling.

    I have rolled back:

Google for WooCommerce to version 3.4.1

Site Kit by Google to version 1.164.0

    PHP to version 8,2

I will update if this is successful.

    Hi @mrfragrance,

Thank you for your response. I completely understand how frustrating and overwhelming this issue can be, especially given all the steps you’ve likely already taken. Your concerns are completely valid.

We’re currently addressing a similar issue on the forum and would like to see if there’s any pattern with yours. Can you confirm if your website is hosted on Cloudways? Having this details will give more insight into possible cause when we escalate it internally.

@mosesmedh – I’m seeking help from users in this post, not the support team.
