wordpress is asking me to randomly install again

Randomly when I go to my website or admin page wordpress is asking me to install again. What gives?

I have check your forum and found this thread

I follow the directions from the above link and repaired the tables, but unfortunately my blog is still asking me to install. It didn’t seem to work. Any other suggestions?

I’ld like to get this resolved as quickly as possible not only is my dashboard down, but i can’t view my website.
