WordPress installation cannot complete from Whois.com | WordPress.org

I signed up for a domain and purchased WordPress from whois.com and they sent me an email which included a link to the domain cpanel. However, when I tried to install WordPress from this page, the process does not complete with the installation bar stopping in the middle. Anyone with any idea what is causing the issue or what can I do to proceed?

1. WordPress is not being sold. If you paid for WordPress – you have been scammed.
  You pay for hosting and domain. Not for WordPress
2. If their installer fails – you have to contact your host support to resolve issues with their installer scripts
3. Alternatively you can just download WordPress package and install it as most other happy people do. You only have to create database on the host side.
