WordPress in sub folder but…
-
Hi everyone,
My client required a news section on their website that they could edit. I have installed WordPress in a folder called news. This worked really well and client was really happy with it.
However they now require another page that they want to be able to edit but they want it in the root folder. How can I this do with WordPress installed in a sub folder?
The news articles URL is displayed like this http://www.mydomain.com/news/news-article
The client requires the new page to be added http://www.mydomain.com/new-page
Should I install another WordPress in the root folder (which I think might get confusing!) or should I move wordpress to the root folder? …
…. Or hopefully there’s a way I can add en editable page to the root? Many thanks hope to hear from someone soon!
