wordpress in my own index.html

  • i was building a website, and i wanted to take my wordpress and put it into a index.html file.. actually in a div. curious on how to do that.

  • WordPress requires a .php extension. It won’t work in a .html file.

    You probably should read some of the documentation to get started: [[New_To_WordPress_-_Where_to_Start]]

    yeah i know that is a php extension, i was just curious if there was any other way to display it on another page becides using an iframe.

    Several other ways, yep.

    Have a look at the “Integrating” sections of Creating_a_Static_Front_Page for some other approaches.
