WordPress Has Been Edited By Someone?

I have been pondering over why my adsense ads are not showing up on my homepage when I inspected my source code using firefox. What I found was shocking, it looks like someone has edited my code somehow to include some sort of sex/dating website advertisement.

I have no clue how that got spammed there. I need help figuring out how to remove it, and prevent this from happening again. My URL is http://www.cnatrainingdotcom.com You can see what I am talking about by just viewing the source code. I am sure this is probably hurting my rankings too.
