WordPress Hangs on Loading and Updates

    I’m hoping someone might be able to provide some insight.

    I’ve isolated this to a PC problem.

    Everything works fine on another PC. Everything works fine if I start windows in safe mode. The problem exists no matter what browser I use.

    The symptom…

    I can no longer update plugins and some pages don’t fully load. I get the wordpress admin toolbar with a blank gray screen in the middle.

    If I select multiple plugins to update in bulk, it might complete the first plugin update but after that it just hangs. It get’s stuck in maintenance mode and I have to try to update each plugin one by one multiple times until they finally complete.

    If it works in windows safe mode, but not otherwise, I’m not sure how to troubleshoot.
