WordPress Gallery slideshow

    A couple of years ago I created a website http://www.idylliccandles.com.au I have recently been asked to do so updates on it. Since its been a while since I set it up I am having a few problems

    One of the problems I am encountering is on the welcome page I have a slideshow running – by inserting [slide] on the page ( WordPress gallery Slideshow)

    The customer would like a facebook logo put on the welcome page, however when I add that image to the page, it also includes it in the slideshow! I cant find a way to stipulate what images are to be used.

    Can anyone offer any suggestions?
