WordPress Further installation

hallo to all, what i have in mind is this:

install wordpress 3.2.1 for a website ex. http://www.example.com

so http://www.example.com will be the main website, the base actually, and here is the good part, i am thinking to add lots of subdomains and subdirectories which every subdirectory and subdomain would have a different installation of a php script, view the example below and you will understand what i mean,

base = http://www.example.com/

subdomains

http://www.url.example.com/ [movable type installation for the subdomain]
http://www.game.example.com/ [magento installation for the subdomain]
http://www.test.example.com/ [opencart installation for the subdomain]

subdirectories

http://www.example.com/url1 [other php script installation for the subdirectory]

http://www.example.com/url2 [other php script installation for the subdirectory]

http://www.example.com/url3 [other php script installation for the subdirectory]

this is the main idea, could this be done? i thought to do this with wordpress multisite, adding a lot of subdomains and subdirectories but they will have the same php script installation, wordpress 3.2.1

i use softaculus and i cant find how to dress my subdomains with a different php script, i can use sitemakerr and i can build just an html/flash site for a subdoamin and that’s it, i dont know if it is possible for subdomains to be dressed with something else.

wha twe will achieve with this? crazy things, bbpress, buddypress, wordpress.org e commerce php scripts on one domain while using sud domains and sub directories
