Could you try adding the following (changing the URL’s) to your wp-config.php file
define('WP_SITEURL', 'http://example.com/wordpress');
define('WP_HOME', 'http://example.com/wordpress');

Did you make any customization to any of the WordPress core files?
If you just activated a new theme revert back to the basic theme. Alternatively try to re-install WordPress.
You can also search for “call to undefined function wp() wp-blog-header.php on line 14” on Google and find the answer to your problem since many other people posted this before.
Pipe, Where exactly do i add it? and i cant even access it online including the cpanel. WPPrpHelp, If i reinstall wordpress, wont i lose the information that i have already?

You can add this anywhere within your wp-config.php file. This will tell WordPress what domain you wish to use for your root folder.

Thanks Jamie, I contacted my host too and now is fine but there is no comment box on the posts but it appears on the pages. I dont know the cause
