When I click on any button like Replace URL, version control, or other they are not opening anything.
And The Problem is that I am trying to edit my home page with Elementor but it is not open insted it shows only processing and Many of buttons of our wordpress dashboad are not working i don’t no why.
I created a backup on updraft plus but the restore button is not do anything. can you please check.

Since the backend is also affected, I would guess that some plugin is introducing faulty code. Can you still access the plugin list? If so, deactivate everything except Elementor. If it then works normally again, one of the deactivated plugins was to blame.
If you are unsure about this, create a backup of the project first. Since this is also not possible in the backend, check with your host to see if they offer this option. If necessary, talk to their support team about it.
If you cannot access the plugin list in the backend, you can also deactivate plugins via FTP. To do this, you must log in to your hosting via FTP and change to the wp-content/plugins directory. Simply rename the directory and all plugins will be deactivated. If you need help connecting via FTP, please also contact your host’s support team.

I Deactivate all the plugins except Elementor. But it does not work, after that I also change the theme of website and it is also not work.
Then deactivate Elementor as well. You should then have a blank WordPress in front of you where everything should work.
If not, it may be due to your browser. Try switching to a different one. Sometimes browser add-ons can affect such views.

I reactivate The themes one by one and saw Some themes make problem like Contact Form 7, Elementor, Creative Mail by Constant Contact, Popup Maker, Rey Core, WPForms Lite.

These are not themes but plugins. Based on your information, I can also see that these are all outdated versions (version 3.30.0 of Elementor was released today, for example). I would recommend that you install all outstanding updates first.
If you still have problems with the current versions of the plugins, you should contact their support forums for clarification. I use Contact Form 7 and Elementor every day and have no problems with them. I suspect the cause is one of the other plugins, but it could also be related to the old versions.

PHP 7.4 is completely outdated and should also be updated. Before doing so, however, you should install all pending updates so that all versions you use are compatible with a newer PHP version.
