WordPress Doesn’t Support Korean?

I’m having a problem where Korean characters aren’t showing in my posts. I can copy, and write them in the actual text box, but once i submit the post it converts them to ???????????????????

I made sure that WP is set to UTF-8 (it is by default anyways)
