wordpress does not recognize my email

hey

i have 3 diffrent site ( 3 different users)

and they are all on the smae email
after a long time of not using theme i tried to log in and tried to reset my password but when i entered my email to reset the password, wordpress “claims” it does not exist

after i went back to my emails inbox and looked for emails from wordpress i found 2 users old reset password emails and through them it worked and reseted my password . even though the wordpress said there is no users to this email
( to the third one i did not find an old email ) and so it still says the email does not have a wordpress user

does anyone know this “bug” what do i do ?
please help asap
