WordPress dev listing?

I’m looking for a wordpress dev to tweak my wordpress theme, and i haven’t had any luck finding a reasonable offer on elance. I’m just looking for someone front end editing that shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours for someone who knows what they are doing.
