'WordPress database error Duplicate entry' help please

    Hi… I have WP multi-site (example here ) and I am getting occasional errors – typically a pair a few seconds apart occurring every few weeks. In other respects, all is well. I have no idea where to start on this. Can some kind soul point me in the right direction? Which plug-in for example? Example follows below.

    wp_7_feed_subscribers is not a standard table. What plugin made that?

    All In One WP Security
    Hide-n-Disable-comment-url-field
    iframe
    Multiple Galleries
    SB Child List
    Simple Tooltips
    Simple Vimeo Shortcode
    Subscribe2
    TablePress

    I think it is likely to be one that records stuff about users, rather than just formatting output , e.g. iFrame. I suspect Subscribe2 or All In One WP Security

    Any further pointers appreciated – thanks

    That’s from Feed Statistics (mine). I’ll look into it.

    This should be fixed in version 4.0.1, which should be available as an update shortly.
