WordPress database error Deadlock

    The only thing that is changed the last month or so, is Kadence theme. Of cource that means nothing, since many plugins are updated etc etc but i didn’t had that before.

    Hi,
    There isn’t enough there for me to make much of a guess. I suggest doing a database repair. Contact your host to view the logs.

    I did contact them and here is their reply:

    I checked the mysql server and I do not see any stuck threads there. So there wordpress itself is triggering the deadlock. I would try changing the theme or plugins you have activated.

    Also we checked the database, found no issues and all work well.

    Running 3 WordPress sites for almost 10 years, i have never seen that particular error.

    I have no other data to give you, this is what debug logs reports.

    Seem to be from https://github.com/bestwebsoft/captcha-bws-wordpress-plugin

    If you’re using that plugin you could test deactivating it?

    Just to note, I do not think this has to do with the theme, but _site_transient_theme_roots as to do with the active theme so you could try deactivating and reactivating themes as a test as well.
