WordPress database error: [database is limited] error code showing on site

When I last opened my site a few days ago, everything was working fine. But when I tried to open it this morning, my page was displaying code with the text “WordPress database error: [Database is limited]. The code is either blocking or taking the place of both my WordPress admin bar and also part of my header. I’m not able to get into the WordPress dashboard to try and troubleshoot. When I try to use the URL directly to get to wp-admin, it takes me to a login page but then when i try to login it reloads into the login page again instead of opening my dashboard.
