Both /wp-login.php and /wp-admin work fine on my end. Can you test with a different browser, or computer?
Once you login the dashboard is working very slow. Nothing is opening and a timeout occurs.
Are you running the latest version of WordPress? I would perform a manual update, and see if that fixes the issue. Also, are you using any caching plugins? They can sometimes cause issues.
I am running on the latest version of wordpress. I have a caching plugin activated too. Should i delete that first or should i perform the manual update first?
I would start with deactivating the caching plugin, then do the manual update.
