WordPress dashboard error

    HI
    can anyone help me please
    when I visit Dashboard it shows this message
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /xxx/xxxx/xxxx/wp-admin/menu.php on line 254
    So what I do? please help me urgent
