WordPress Dashboard Displaying Incorrectly

Just did an upgrade to 3.5.1 from 3.1.1 and now my dashboard is displaying wierd. I’ve already disabled all plugins before upgrading and have done it manually as well as automatically. Any other suggestions would be helpful
