On my home computer (mac) my wordpress dashboard of al of my site are everything of the menu in one big list under each other ?

Try everything i know i need help because i can not work in my website’s.
Here a photo of my problem.

@esmi: Please excuse my personal details. I did not mean to interject my own story.

However, I am experiencing the exact same problem, and wondering if anyone knows which file(s) are the ones that need to be replaced, instead of broadly updating the entire WP core.

Are you using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme & configurations as the original poster? No?
