WordPress Dashboard ! Author or Contributor Status Problem

Hello Friends,

I am using WordPress 4.3.1 and everything is running good but i am facing a problem under At a glance dashboard post status.

I have a multi author site and having more than 2000 post published ( Publicly open and sign up as author site )

And my problem is…

First — At a glance dashboard show all the post instead of only my or single author post count.

For Example My Site have 2000 post and it show 2000 post not only my post which is only 20.

Second is….

After click All Post Button it show

Mine Post
All
Published
Draft
Trash

Is this possible that author can see & manage only there account status like post they published, their draft, their trash status.

please help
