From your screenshot, it seems that you are trying to customize it on the customizer, correct?

On the customizer, there are some options to customize the product page, but it is limited.

The forbidden icon on the mouse is because it is not possible to edit the layout of the product page there.

Please note that this is expected behavior, as what can be edited on the customizer is what shows on the left sidebar or what has the edit icon. Here’s a screenshot:

It is not possible for us to access the customizer of your website. The best way to share it with us if you have issues is by taking screenshots of it so we can see what you see.

That’s great! There are a lot of different plugins that can help you edit the product page, so I’m sure you will be able to find one that fits your needs.

You can also search for keywords on the Plugins > Add New section of your dashboard or on a search engine like Google, for example.
