Please post the error messages or a screenshot of the error.
The exact reason for the errors should be visible in the error log, which you can find in your hosting area. If needed, your hosting provider’s support team can assist you with locating it.
Alternatively, you can enable debugging in WordPress to gather more information. To do this, add a few specific lines to your wp-config.php file. For full guidance and step-by-step instructions on enabling the debug log, refer to the WordPress Developer Documentation: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/.
In both cases, you should be able to identify the cause in the log file.
I cannot log in to my wordpress dashboard. A Dinamic Header plugin is causing the issue., but to fix it I need to log in. Can you help with this?
@hppoulet If you’re unable to access the wp-admin dashboard, follow this guide to deactivate plugins manually: How to Deactivate All Plugins When Not Able to Access the AdminMenus.
My HostPapa did it and then sent me this:
Thank you for being so patient while we are working on the issue.
I’ve found that the issue was caused by the dynamic-headers plugin.
I’ve deactivated the plugin as it conflicts with other plugins/themes inside the account.
The issued should be resolved now.
