WordPress Crashed!

Hi,

So my website was working fine till yesterday and then I decided to add W3 total Cache plugin to it, moments later it crashed. To be fair when I clicked activate plugin it took ages to load so in between of it loading I became impatient and decided to not use the plugin so I stopped the loading and went back to the installed plugin page on WP and tried deleting it only to get an error message like this

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_init() in /home/livepric/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 409

Could anyone please help me with this?

I forgot to mention that I downloaded the plugin a while back and tried to update it.

Please I am LOst with this.. Someone Help ME!
