WordPress.com subscription but WordPress.org functionality?

    Hi! I subscribed to WordPress.com (and paid fully) but my blog is under WordPress.org…anyone know how/why this would happen? Who can I contact about it? I either need a refund for using WordPress.org or I need the full functionality of the WordPress.com subscription that I paid for. Help please?
