WordPress.com Account Lockup

Hi everyone, somehow I am not able to reset my account for wordpress.com. It keeps saying “You’re not allowed to request a login link for this account.” when I try resetting it. Can someone here take a look and remove the lockup from the account?

The associated email is i/n/f/o[@]/o/m/e/r/g/e/n/c/a/y/.c/o/m (without specials).
