WordPress coding needed for personal gaming blog

Hello!
I recently designed a minimalistic personal gaming blog 100% based on Modio, a free theme from Upstart Blogger but I’m not that good with CSS and coding even though I know my way around the code and understand it if I’d like to edit it. But creating a WordPress theme from scratch is something I do not have the knowledge to do. So I was wondering if there’s anyone out there who I could get in contact with and get my theme created? All the PSDs are ready and packed so I coding is the only thing left.

For those of you interested and who still might be reading this, there is a catch… I don’t have any kind of budget for this, meaning I can’t pay for this. Obviously, you will be credited by name and link to your site/blog/portfolio but I’m afraid I can’t do more than that.

PS: I will be installing WP 2.8 so the theme should work for that one.
