WordPress Bug – Website Suspended – help!

    I tried to get onto my website the other day and it said my account was suspended so i emailed Crazy Domains who is my hosting provider asking why it was suspended – this is what they said

    Thank you for your email.

    We are sorry to inform you that your domain name has been flagged for not following the breach of AUP hosting policy due to the following reason:

    wordpress bug
    the domain just keeps opening new php processes
    and then uses all CPU

    To unsuspended the account, you will need to find a solution to the bug and provide a written request and assurance that any activity in breach of AUP will cease. Once your domain hosting has been unsuspended, fix the issue asap before it is again flagged. You will have a total of 2 warnings the 3rd suspension will terminate your account.

    I have no idea what this means? How do i fix this – i really dont understand all the technical stuff!

    Might install a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache. This is the usual things you would install to fix this. Though based on the email they sent you, they don’t seem to intelligent. They should rephrase their emails to be a little more professional. Anyways, enough with my rants. Install one of those plugins and see if it helps. If not find a new provider because that’s not cool after the third suspension.

    Thank you for your reply.. I will definately be swapping hosting providers if this happens again!
