WordPress Blog Content to Joomla

Hi there

Is there any way to take all my WordPress Blog posts (the standard free version of the blog on wordpress.com) and import those posts to Joomla?
If not, is there a way to do it with the paid version?

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Thanks
