• This has been happening alot…I will make changes to a page adding fields, I will sve the changes and then update the page and I will find that what I just added has been deleted and a new field has been added somewhere else on the page. How do I resolve this issue?

  • Hi,

Which fields exactly are you talking about?

Sorry…for instance I have the 3clicks theme and i have the ability to section of the content section of my pages with the page builder. I section off the page in thirds and inserted a box with an image inserted in the box. after inserting the image, I saved that field and then immediately updated the page. I would then view the page and one of a number of things would happen. #1, I am able to view the page with the changes I made, then click “Edit Page” in the top nav bar, and will notice that the other sections are gone and and HTML box is added to the 1st 1/3 section. Or #2, I do everything above up until I update the page, thats where this instance happens, I update the page and scroll back down and the other 2 (1/3 sections) are gone and again an HTML box opens up in the first section. Or #3, same as #2 except there will be a full width HTML field created below the 1/3 section, or if I have a tabs field the theme will pull the tabs out and make their own separate HTML sections. Hindsight I should have taken a screen shot before and after.

I see. Since 3Clicks is a commercial theme, you’ll need to ask their support folks about that on their official forums. The forum policies here don’t allow for supporting commercial products.
