WordPress as a CMS Adding One Blog

    I am using WordPress as a content management system. The site I have has many pages, and one news page. These are only for me to use as the webmaster.

    I have a request by members to add one blog page that they can use. Is it possible to set it up, so members only can post in the blog, but have no access to the other pages?
