WordPress 5 compatibility

    Hello. After my site upgraded to WP5 I am no longer able to edit the content with the usual Page Builder blocks. No page builder functionality is available. I am on 2.6.2. If I upgrade to 2.9.5, will it work?
    The site works fine but I am afraid of breaking the whole thing.

    Hi vedatk,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues after updating to WordPress 5.0.
    2.6.2 was released on the 23rd of January 2018 and while it does feature come compatibility code for Gutenberg, there are a number of compatibility fixes missing from that version. As such, updating to 2.9.5 should resolve this issue. Before updating, be sure to do a backup that way if something does go wrong, you can simply restore the backup.

    Please note that I strongly recommended you update SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle also.
