I’ve just updated to WordPress 4, Now I can’t Add Media via the button!
My client now has empty holes after taking images down to replace. Urgent HELP required.

also try other basic troubleshooting steps suggested in that thread.

Comprehensive Google Map Plugin was the culprit, all works fine now, except that plug in.
