WordPress 3.5.1 Update images lost – Plz HELP

    Just did the WordPress 3.5.1 Update and the category images are lost, using TheUnstandard theme. I do not have a way to work in php. I can only work in wordpress dashboard. site is investigativeguy.com.

    also need to change the main navigation button links under header, can’t do that either.
