WordPress 3.3 Fatal Error – Help Needed ASAP

Hello-

When I go to the URL for my website (and all derivative URLs), I get the following error message.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/jeremycwilson/jeremycwilson.com/wp-content/themes/arras-theme/library/widgets.php on line 328
