• Hi there,

Since I upgrade to 3.2 the menus no longer collapse, nor can I move widgets in the dashboard, or expand the help menu. The post page shows the WYSIWYG and HTML both show in the writing field.

Any suggestions? I tried to reupload the files -> no effect

    From Troubleshooting Master List

“Finally, if you’re having UX issues (where you can’t drag/drop widgets and similar), and you’ve already turned off all your plugins and changed to the default theme, you will need to go check if your PHP version has JSON installed. You may be able to add this on via cpanel, or you may have to ask your host to recompile it for you.”

Ran all plugin updates and it’s working, in case anyone else sees this thread.

Yes, 3.2 is not a good version. It messed up all my admin menus. I have moved back to my previous version (3.1.3)for this reason and it works fine.
