  • Thanks for reaching out.

While I can appreciate your desire and need for a solution, Woocommerce doesn’t use the same login functionality that WordPress offers so it’s not as simple as clicking a button and allowing it. That takes time to code and test, test and code, plus QA time, checking against all the versions of PHP we support, making sure adding this functionality doesn’t break other functionality, etc. All this takes time and costs money. We’ve also been working on various other parts of the plugin, like Internationalization for example, which has a legion of requesters in our user base. We’re a smaller team and we prioritize our work to protect the most users we can, adding features as they make sense to include and the number of requests we get.

If I am not mistaken, Woocommerce support should be in one of the next few releases but again, that depends on whether or not we find additional issues that have to be addressed. I can’t give you a specific timeline because of that. We are actually working on it and hopefully will include it soon.

    Tim
