    Hi all,

    I’ve been added to a second team in Wordfence central however, it’s not showing up. I can see the first team I was added to and the invite link says that I’ve already accepted the invite. The team leader has confirmed I am apart of the team.

    I had trouble logging into my account and support (locked out email) said it was scheduled for deletion, could this be why I’m apart of a team I can’t see? I don’t see anywhere to contact support aside from here.

    Hi @instantclassic, thanks for your message.

    Can you just confirm that you’re not seeing the 2nd team listed under Account > Switch to Team?

    We do clean up accounts that have not had an active license for a certain time period, so there is a chance that accounts that are only using Wordfence Central may also meet that criteria. The Central team will take a look once we know that the team definitely cannot be switched to.

    I can confirm it is not showing up. Can you tell me what the point of teams is if you delete accounts that have no licenses associated with them? My company uses teams so we don’t have to login to the root account as a security measure.

    Hi @instantclassic,

    We have altered the way in which accounts were flagged for deletion so this should now completely exclude users using Central teams. Thank-you for highlighting this.

    Please for your issue joining multiple teams, can you send an email wftest @ wordfence . com? Can the body please include your wordfence.com username (and email if different). Please add your forum username to the subject line to help us find it, and respond here after you have sent it.

    We can look to see which teams you’ve been invited to, and which you are currently a part of.
