Wordfence Stopped Blocking, HELP!

    Our site typically gets 100+ automated malicious login attempts a day. We have a country block set for every country in the world except where our offices are located. I did an attempt using a VPN from Sweden (which is on the block list) and I was able to access the login page with no issue, despite it being in the block list. In additon:

    As Country Blocking is a Wordfence Premium feature, we’re unable to look into it in more detail here on the forums as per wordpress.org rules, but your license allows you to open a support ticket at https://support.wordfence.com. Feel free to just paste the same content as above in your ticket.

    Just in case you posted here because you can’t access Premium support, please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide the email address or username that is associated with the account so that we can get you the assistance you need ASAP.
