Hey @dhavalpatel1,
What’s the error you’re receiving?
Have you had a chance to work through all of the suggestions in our troubleshooting guide?
https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/
You mentioned that you might’ve sent a Diagnostics report, I haven’t been able to locate it. Did you happen to send it? If so, where did you send it?
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hello,

Hey @dhavalpatel1,
I just took another look, and I’m still not able to find the Diagnostics report. Can you please try sending it again? If so, please include your WordPress.org username and update this thread in case I miss the email.
Also, what’s the exact error or issue when the scanning fails?
Thanks,
Gerroald

Sorry for the delay on this answer.
Can you try the following? This may give me some more detailed information to help.
- Kill the existing scan if it is still running (The “Start New Scan” button turns in to a “Stop” button while the scan is running)
- Go to your Scan > Scan Options and Scheduling page and locate the “Performance Options”
- Set “Maximum execution time for each scan stage” to 20
- Set “Time limit that a scan can run in seconds” to 21600
- Click to “Save Changes”
- Go to the Tools > Diagnostics page
- In the “Debugging Options” section check the circle “Enable debugging mode”
- Click to “Save Changes”.
- Start a new scan
- Copy the last 20 lines from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) or so of the activity log and paste them here
