When I click on the “Scan” button in Wordfence I get a blank screen with the URL http://millelacs.com/500.shtml

Hello mlat,
this means your server has thrown a 500 error which means “Internal Server Error”. To find out what’s causing the issue you need to look at your servers error logs. If you don’t know how to find them you can ask your host to help you to find them. If you need help interpreting the logs, post the errors here (If there are many, limit it to a few) and we will try to figure out what’s happening.Here is the error log. I can click on any of the other Wordfence items like firewall, options, diagnostics, etc. and they all come up just fine but if I click on just Wordfence or Scan in the menu then I get the error.

There are no errors in there that are directly related to WordFence so I suspect there is some other problem on your site. Could you run this error log by your host and ask them about the that Zend PHP module that appears to be causing errors on your site?
