Sounds like a corrupt installation. Can you do a full uninstall of Wordfence and reinstall? You can find instructions here:

I tried all the options and all the documents. I installed wordpress from the beginning. zero setup was done. again the problem continues. I tried the same server for another domain name. there was no problem. direct connection was made. it gives error as I activate the plugin.

I am following up on behalf of Mark.
I would like to have a look at your Wordfence diagnostics report. Please go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com as the email and @ozguryaazici as the forum username please.
Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail.
The page you said does not open. I can give you login information if you want. it takes a long time to load. then a blank page opens.

Please manually delete the Wordfence plugin directory located below:
~/wp-content/plugins/wordfence
Now install our Wordfence Assistant plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence-assistant/
Now press the Delete all Wordfence Data and Tables button.
Try installing Wordfence again on the Plugins page.
