• Hello

We have a network of 10 multisites that we try to protect with WordFence. (It does a perfect job by the way.)

We use the plugin “WP Remote Post Replicator” to sync posts between several sites that are in the network. This works like a charm EXCEPT we have noticed that when a posts contains a bit of code WordFence sometimes (not always) prevent posts being published.

Here I have a screencast to show what the problem is:

How can we fix this? Is there a way or a setting that we can do to tell WordFence that some posts that contain a bit of code aren’t bad at all.

    Thank you.

  • Hi,
You can go to (Wordfence > Live Traffic) and Filter traffic with “Blocked by Firewall” then you should be able to see any request that got blocked by Firwewall there, also you can click on “Whitelist param from Firewall” button to whitelist any specific action.

Another way is to choose “Learning Mode” for “Firewall Status” under (Wordfence > Firewall) then try performing the same action you were doing and the Firewall will learn to whitelist this action in the future, after that you can revert the Firewall Status back to “Enabled and Protecting”.

    Thanks.
