    Hi,

There may be some settings you can change, or it might be a conflict with another plugin. Do you have any plugins that modify the usual WordPress comment system, or allow users to comment in any other way?

    For Wordfence settings:
    1. Make sure “Enable firewall” at the top of the options page is turned on
    2. If you are using CloudFlare or another reverse proxy, make sure that “How does Wordfence get IPs” is set to match
    3. Turn on “Disable config caching” near the bottom of the Wordfence options page (this helps on hosts where the config cache is not working normally)

Let me know if this helps, or if you still have trouble.
