Wordfence Deactivating ALL Plugins?

    Have you heard of a Wordfence scan deactivating all of our plugins? Even itself? I also had WF set to email me if deactivated and that didn’t happen. This happened each time I did a WF Scan – is this some kind of malware, do you think?
