Wordfence compatiblity

In principle there is no reason why they can’t work together, but if you find something isn’t working as you’d expect, disable Wordfence and see if it resolves itself.

Unfortunately I can’t maintain the Firewall plugin compatibility with Wordfence or other such security plugins.
