Hi @mwchords,
I tested WPDataTables and created a new table using uploaded CSV data. I edited a sample page to display the table with [wpdatatable id=1]. It seems to work fine with Wordfence not getting in the way.
Can you tell me…
1. Do the tables work when you disable Wordfence and refresh the page with the tables?
2. How are you uploading the data to WpDataTables? Are you using a JSON file, CSV?
Dave
FYI – Wordfence seemed to be interfering with Post Tables Pro plugin as well. shortcode would not execute and wasn’t loading icon to Visual Editor tool bar.
Hi @wasanajones,
I just installed Post Tables Pro as well, and placed [posts_data_table] on one of my pages and it seems to work. Can you provide me a list of other plugins you have enabled as well? Does it work after disabling Wordfence?
Hi – thanks for response
this is a WP Multisite Network, Wordfence network activated
WF interferes with Post Tables Pro and WP All Import
these plugins work fine with WF disabled. I noted WF settings in other thread.
there is a ton of plugins installed and activated.
it took 4 hours of trial and error to finally establish without question that WF was blocking these plugins — probably Post Tables Pro, definitely WP All Import
while not definitive as to cause, I saw a ton of memory allocation errors in wp error log around the same time as testing
